Jeeps lined both sides of Confederate Avenue Saturday in Jasper Georgia. Jeepers from 4 states were represented for the JeepHut Customer Appreciation Day and to preregister for Sheriff's JeepFest. This was the second annual customer appreication day hosted by JeepHut. "Its our way to let our customers know how much we appreciate them.", stated Mike Skibicki, owner of JeepHut. " We cook food, give out prizes and give special discounts. We allow those that preregistered for JeepFest to come check in and grab their packets to avoid long lines and and allow people to preregister this date even though online preregistration is over. It is one of their favorite things we offer." Skibicki said.
Sheriff's Office staff were onsite registering those that missed the online deadline and checked-in those that were preregistered which will cut down on lines at the actual event. In addition, Sheriff's JeepFest apparel was on sale. Customers from North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama attended the event and new Jeeps rolled in throughout the day. An estimated 300 Jeeps attended at some point during the Customer Appreciation Day
