Offroad Technician
We are looking to hire technicians that have experience working on Jeeps and trucks, Must be highly motivated and take pride in your work. If you have experience performing brake jobs, maintenance, and installing suspensions systems, you may be a good fit for our team. Experience with welding, re-gearing, alignments on lifted vehicles, wheel mounting and balancing and other 4X4 upgrades is definitely a plus.

Qualifications
•Must possess knowledge of automotive mechanical and electronic systems and competency with various tools, including but not limited to Off-Road equipment and use
•Test drive customer vehicles (must have a valid driver's license and no DUIs for a minimum of 7 years)
•Must have own tools and tool storage
•Basic auto repair knowledge
•Maintain professional appearance
•Positive attitude
•Flexible schedule
•Independent time management skills
•Basic knowledge of shop tools and equipment (2 post lift, tire machine, balancer, etc)
•Cleanliness
•Must be able to pass a drug test before hire

Sales Representative (Counter)
Job description
- Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs.
- Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with.
- Assist in keeping retail showroom and parts clean and orderly.
- Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
- Provide service technicians with parts as required.
- Assist with in merchandising displays.
- Maintains the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and today's customer satisfaction.
- Controls showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
- Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.
- When working the parts counter, follows prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the store. Processes cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale.
- Maintain proficiency in his/her job description.
- Uses store equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
- Performs other tasks as required by the position.
- Keeps himself/herself groomed and clothed per guidelines.
- Verify receiving documents. .
- Should be knowledgeable in merchandising
Customer Service:
- Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer's satisfaction
- Greet customers immediately in a courteous manner
- Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of 4x4 and off-road vehicles
- Ability to effectively listen and interpret customer needs
- Basic computer skills
- Good organizational skills
Physical Demands:
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
- Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50lbs.
