Behind the Design

When designing the JT rear fender liners we had a few goals in mind. Our number one and two go hand in hand, complete coverage and maintain as large a wheel well opening as possible. We have also noticed over time that many customers want the ability to install our liners with factory flares so making sure that aesthetically the liners pair with factory flares along with our aftermarket flares was essential to the success of the product. 

In order to give complete coverage we needed to find a new home for two wiring harnesses along with their connectors. We did this by designing a simple bracket that allows you to move the harnesses from outside the frame to safely tucked between the frame and the body out of harm's way. Now that everything that could be moved easily was in it’s new home we turned our attention to maximizing the wheel well opening. We followed the body with as tight of a clearance as possible while maintaining safe distance from all electrical components. Should your tire come into contact with the liner we wanted to provide a cushion so that electrical components would be protected. With the tight clearance we need to make sure to alleviate the chance of rattles so we use a combination of nutserts and through bolts to attach the liner securely to the wheel well. As with many Nemesis products we use factory holes to align the liner so that there is no doubt you are installing it in the correct position. 

As our products have evolved for the Wrangler we have adjusted our focus from pure function to aesthetics and function. This liner was developed to work seamlessly with factory flares along with the Nemesis flares. We were able to maintain an independence between the two parts so that strength and install would not not be affected by the flares you choose to run with our liners. 

By examining the needs of the market early in the development process we have developed a liner that offers the ultimate in clearance and coverage while allowing the customer to choose what flares to pair with our liners.

Returns Policy

Please read the policy below to familiarize yourself with how we operate.

Please verify the part number that you are ordering before you place your order. If a part is ordered incorrectly by the customer and then returned, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer misinformation. If we messed up the order, then of course, we will take care of it. An RGA number must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the product by the customer. Returns must be received within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days we do not accept returns. If an RGA is requested after 7 days of receiving the product then only an in-store credit will be issued. We do not refund shipping costs.

  • All returns require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Please email: cs@thejeephut.com, to obtain this number. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response during busy times.
  • The RGA number must be marked on a label outside of the returned box. Do not write on the retail packaging or it will void the return.
  • All returned goods must be sent freight prepaid by the customer.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned goods.
  • All returned merchandise will be inspected before credit is applied to the account.
  • All items that receive credit will need to be in NEW, UNUSED, and resellable condition including original packaging with all components. The product cannot be altered, damaged or missing pieces.
  • If you refuse deliveries from shipping carriers, this will result in penalty charges. The shipping return cost(s) will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If the item is a warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer for warranty.
  • Warranty issues will not be refunded after 30 days. Warranties are handled through manufacturers.
  • Please understand that damage in shipping is the shippers fault not ours. We simply ship it to you. If you do receive a damaged package, we must follow the procedure indicated by the carrier. Please contact the carrier first prior to contacting JeepHut. If you do not have time to wait, we can process another order for you and refund after the shipping claim has been approved.
  • Any scratch and dent, surplus, overstock, garage sale, used products, and eBay auction merchandise will not be refunded. All merchandise is sold “AS IS” and all sales are final. A description of each item will be posted. The best description possible will be given.
  • No returns on custom or fabrication work including paint, custom design, modification and fabrication of parts
  • No returns are accepted on special orders, factory dropships, and body parts.
  • No returns on electrical or Audio (No Exceptions), Issues must be handled with manufacturer under warranty.
  • Locker and Gear returns must be received with full inspection showing no use, installation or wear. All parts and packaging must be in new unused and undamaged condition.
  • Tires or wheels once mounted are not accepted for returns. Only factory replacement if defective under the manufacturer's warranty with their approval can be provided.

Shipping

  • We guarantee a timely shipping process.
  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping prices before we ship any order. You will be contacted before we charge you any different than the price quoted during your order and be given the opportunity to cancel the order.
  • We currently Only ship within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii are not included). If you would like shipping to other areas of the world please email and we can get you a quote.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. We must have a physical address to ship merchandise to.
  • Express shipping is available for an additional charge. You must contact us at 706-692-5488 prior to placing an order.
  • All orders are shipped by ground delivery unless otherwise specified.
  • JeepHut is not responsible for freight damages. Please inspect merchandise before signing for. All claims must be made with the shipping carrier. We will not refund payment due to freight damages.
  • Shipping charges on scratch and dent, surplus, overstock, used products, ebay store and auction products are different from drop shipping charges. Bumpers and large items require different shipping charges that what are listed below.

  • Order Cancellation:
  • If you cancel an order you must call 706-692-5488 and receive a order cancellation number. Do not email as emails may not be received. If you do not have a order cancellation number then do not assume a order is canceled and you will be responsible for returning the product once it has shipped. Orders placed after hours or on weekends may not be able to be canceled. In an effort to provided timely services many of our products are shipped immediately and once processed can not be stopped. We appreciate your business and try to make your order as seamless as possible
