Description

The Dynatrac Elite™ ProRock XD60®/80 Axle Set is for Jeep Wrangler JL owners who will not settle for anything less than the very best drivetrain durability, quality and extreme performance for running tires in diameters from 37- to 44-inches. If you are a highly experienced and skilled off-road driver who regularly engages in very technical off-roading with their friends and family, you enjoy taking on the hardest trails and the most difficult and challenging obstacles, this is the Axle Set for you. In fact, it's the axle set we used under CODE1, the first JL built on 42-inch tall tires!

The Elite™ ProRock XD60®/80 Axle-Set stands alone among all other 4x4 drivetrain options. It is the very best 4WD drivetrain technology that money can buy. You simply cannot find a stronger axle solution than the ProRock Elite Axle-Set™. The U.S.-made bolt-in unit is lightweight and has more ground clearance than its competitors.

NOTE: This package does not fit with Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe model.

What You Get:

ProRock XD60® Front Axle

  • Dynatrac exclusive patented ProRock® nodular-iron, high-pinion ProRock XD60® centersection with bearing bores to handle oversize pinion and carrier bearings for elite housing rigidity.
  • More ground clearance than any other axle housing in its class.
  • 3.75-inch diameter, variable wall thickness tubing has the highest strength-to-weight ratio compared to any other light-truck axle on the market.
  • Dynatrac-exclusive U.S.-made forged, double-heat-treated 1550 35-spline axle shaft assemblies. These are the best shafts in the industry and are capable of up to 50-degree turning angles. 
  • Our new 1550LT® high-strength knuckles are loaded with our best set of Dynatrac HD BallJoints™ yet. These are the last balljoints you’ll ever need, and are designed with larger stems and bodies for long life and high durability with big tires.
  • Forged 4140, heat-treated, fixed spindles and serviceable wheel bearings support tires up to 44 inches.
  • No other 4x4 front axle offers the ease of steering, low scrub radius, effective Ackermann angle, and high steering linkage positioning.
  • Includes Dynatrac high capacity 13.25-inch brake upgrade with new dual-piston front calipers and vented rotors.
  • Includes our latest integrated track bar and ram-assist steering mounting package.
  • Includes new HD tie rod, integral steering arm, control arm bushings, and CNC laser-cut HD suspension brackets, all professionally welded and installed.
  • Includes DynaLoc™ locking hubs. DynaLoc hubs are over 3 times stronger than all other locking hubs on the market.
  • Available in standard 68.5 inch width or 72.5 inch Wide Track.
  • Comes with an ARB Air Locker and your choice of 4.88, 5.13, or 5.38 gears.

ProRock 80™ Full-Float Rear Axle

  • Dynatrac ProRock 80™ nodular-iron, standard-cut, high-rigidity housing promotes ring-and-pinion gear durability for the biggest JL builds.
  • Dynatrac patented best-in-class ProRock® ground clearance. The ProRock 80™ has better ground clearance than any other axle housing made for 11.25-inch-and-larger ring-gear diameters.
  • Industry-leading 4-inch-diameter, variable wall thickness, lightweight, chromoly tubing that has the highest strength-to-weight ratio when compared to any other light-truck axle on the market.
  • Dynatrac 40-spline, full-floating wheel ends with heat-treated 4140 fixed spindles, high-capacity wheel bearings, and Dynatrac’s exclusive 12-bolt flanged floater wheel hubs with O-ring seals.
  • All ProRock 80s are equipped with Dynatrac U.S.-made forged, heat-treated, 40-spline, full-floating 4340 alloy-steel shafts.
  • Includes Dynatrac 13.88-inch brake upgrade with single-piston calipers and 8-on-6.5 wheel bolt pattern.
  • Rock-proof nodular-iron Dynatrac diff cover included.
  • All HD suspension brackets are CNC laser-cut and professionally welded and installed, including a multiple-position track-bar bracket for long-travel suspension tuning.

Returns Policy

Please read the policy below to familiarize yourself with how we operate.

Please verify the part number that you are ordering before you place your order. If a part is ordered incorrectly by the customer and then returned, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer misinformation. If we messed up the order, then of course, we will take care of it. An RGA number must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the product by the customer. Returns must be received within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days we do not accept returns. If an RGA is requested after 7 days of receiving the product then only an in-store credit will be issued. We do not refund shipping costs.

  • All returns require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Please email: cs@thejeephut.com, to obtain this number. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response during busy times.
  • The RGA number must be marked on a label outside of the returned box. Do not write on the retail packaging or it will void the return.
  • All returned goods must be sent freight prepaid by the customer.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned goods.
  • All returned merchandise will be inspected before credit is applied to the account.
  • All items that receive credit will need to be in NEW, UNUSED, and resellable condition including original packaging with all components. The product cannot be altered, damaged or missing pieces.
  • If you refuse deliveries from shipping carriers, this will result in penalty charges. The shipping return cost(s) will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If the item is a warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer for warranty.
  • Warranty issues will not be refunded after 30 days. Warranties are handled through manufacturers.
  • Please understand that damage in shipping is the shippers fault not ours. We simply ship it to you. If you do receive a damaged package, we must follow the procedure indicated by the carrier. Please contact the carrier first prior to contacting JeepHut. If you do not have time to wait, we can process another order for you and refund after the shipping claim has been approved.
  • Any scratch and dent, surplus, overstock, garage sale, used products, and eBay auction merchandise will not be refunded. All merchandise is sold “AS IS” and all sales are final. A description of each item will be posted. The best description possible will be given.
  • No returns on custom or fabrication work including paint, custom design, modification and fabrication of parts
  • No returns are accepted on special orders, factory dropships, and body parts.
  • No returns on electrical or Audio (No Exceptions), Issues must be handled with manufacturer under warranty.
  • Locker and Gear returns must be received with full inspection showing no use, installation or wear. All parts and packaging must be in new unused and undamaged condition.
  • Tires or wheels once mounted are not accepted for returns. Only factory replacement if defective under the manufacturer's warranty with their approval can be provided.

  • We guarantee a timely shipping process.
  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping prices before we ship any order. You will be contacted before we charge you any different than the price quoted during your order and be given the opportunity to cancel the order.
  • We currently Only ship within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii are not included). If you would like shipping to other areas of the world please email and we can get you a quote.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. We must have a physical address to ship merchandise to.
  • Express shipping is available for an additional charge. You must contact us at 706-692-5488 prior to placing an order.
  • All orders are shipped by ground delivery unless otherwise specified.
  • JeepHut is not responsible for freight damages. Please inspect merchandise before signing for. All claims must be made with the shipping carrier. We will not refund payment due to freight damages.
  • Shipping charges on scratch and dent, surplus, overstock, used products, ebay store and auction products are different from drop shipping charges. Bumpers and large items require different shipping charges that what are listed below.

If you do not have a order cancellation number then do not assume a order is canceled and you will be responsible for returning the product once it has shipped.
