The Rock Krawler Suspension 4.5 Adventure X2 Pro Elite Coilover Long-Arm System is the ultimate in compromise between daily driver/hard core off-roader. The Adventure X2 systems combine the benefits of a full high clearance 4 link front suspension with a high clearance independent 3 link rear suspension.

In every single control arm, we have our Adventure Series joint center, which isolates harsh road vibrations equivalent to an OE bushing, includes high misalignment, and is fitted with a steel sleeve (that the bolt passes through) which rotates freely on a additional Teflon lined inner sleeve to insure that you are never chafing, twisting, or deforming the bushing material inside the housing as you blast through the mud, sand, sleet, salt, snow, dirt and dust.

To finish it off, as you tighten your control arms into the mounts, the sleeve of the joint is engineered to be the buffer between the clamping force of a bracket, which means that as you tighten everything, you are not compressing the bushing.

This all makes for an incredibly long lasting joint that never requires a drop of grease, and makes zero noise inside the housing. This is where conventional on-road handling meets bad ass off-road ability.

With enhanced rear instant center (s) and rear roll center (s), X2 rear suspension geometry is the smoothest riding 3 Link suspension you can take down a trail or cruise across America in your Wrangler. The new high clearance axle mounts provide 3.5 inch of ground clearance under the rear axle as compared to stock.

The rear upper shock relocation brackets ensure you do not lose any shock or suspension travel. The combination of a full high clearance 4 link long-arm front suspension and high clearance independent 3 link rear long-arm suspension lets you dominate the streets and the trails.

The Comp System (Front Coilovers w/Rear Coil Combination) is ideal for those that want the adjustability and performance of coilover racing shocks up front, but still want to use their Wrangler to carry small loads or tow small trailers. There are two options for the Comp Systems you can choose from.

The standard or Stage 1 System features 2 5/8 RRD Racing Coilovers w/Remote Reservoirs up front paired with matching 2 5/8 RRD Racing Shocks w/Remote Reservoirs in the rear for a well tuned package. Or you can opt for the Stage 2 Comp System which will include Fast CD (Compression Dampening) Adjusters on the coilovers and rear shocks for an even greater level of tuneability.

General Notes:

• All lift heights based on Rubicon models for standard style build (i.e. front bumper and winch, rear bumper and full size spare) If building with a spare delete we recommend dropping 1 inch in coil lift height for the rear.
• If building an overland or heavily upfitted build in the back, we recommend upsizing 1 inch in coil lift height for the rear.
• Requires removal of the OEM frame side front and rear lower control arm mounts.
• Requires removal of the OEM frame side front and rear upper control arm mounts.
• Requires welding of the front and rear frame side long-arm mounts.
• Minor exhaust rerouting required before the collector on the driver's side.
• This is recommended to be done prior to the suspension system being installed.
• Requires removal of the OEM rear axle side brackets.
• Requires welding of the provided rear axle side control arm/shock/sway bar link bracket, track bar bracket and rear axle truss.
• Requires removal of the OEM frame side rear shock mount.
• Requires welding of the provided frame side rear shock mount.
• Rear shocks will require a standard bushing and sleeve just like the rear lower shock bushing and sleeve.
• We have removed the weakness of the bar pin setup with the supplied rear upper shock mounts.
• Recommend installing limiting straps to avoid over extension of suspension components after vehicle is all set up.
• This system allows the rear axle to be pushed back up to 1 inch over stock which perfectly centers the rear axle assembly under typical aftermarket flat fenders.
• It also allows for larger tires without contacting the rock sliders or rear pinch seam.
• The rear upper third link is designed around standard low pinion rear axles.
• When ordering for high pinion rear axles please contact us directly so we can ensure proper fitment as best as possible.
• Requires modifying the OEM front & rear shock mounts and welding of the raised upper shock mounts.
