A nearly full-length bar is then added (shortened only to clear the fender flares) that is 2\" x 0.120-wall DOM tubing. A dimple-died step is conveniently located under to door to act as a step that makes it easier to get in and out of the vehicle. In addition to acting as a step, the bar offers extra protection from trees, rocks, and boulders. Six stainless steel button head bolts attach the Armor to the factory rockers, while eight flush-mounted Riv-nuts secure the Armor to the bottom of the jeep tub. This design ensures nothing is going to be damaged by dragging the underside of the rockers against rocks and other obstacles.
